ABOUT CPOT BASEBALL

In mid 90’s this league was formed, as a result of a separation from the MSBL affiliation. The direction was taken in order to focus on the fun of the sport, and the continued enjoyment of its players. The game started getting away from fun, and headed more in the direction of competition. Our theory is “Fun First, Win Second”, and we never lose focus of that.

We will always remain competitive but we need to remember the Central PA Over 30 Baseball League Creed:

"This League was created to provide for men 30 years of age & older, an alternative to softball, and enable us to play the game we love. No matter how competitive this league may become, adult attitudes must always prevail. The responsibility that this ethic sustains, will remain the responsibility of the League President and the League Board."
